Fees, Disbursements and Taxes Please email me to set up a first telephone conversation.  Our first conversation will be without charge (unless we agree expressly agree otherwise) so please don't hesitate to contact me. Typically, in that call, you and I will discuss how I can help you, how I will charge you, and how we will communicate with each other. I charge legal fees in one of two ways: in most matters, at an hourly rate  for a basic British Columbia company incorporation, a flat fee  Disbursements and taxes are in addition to fees.
